The "Raised Bar" means we prioritize the senior's comfort above all else. If the chemistry isn't right, we will graciously and quickly transition to a new Guide until the perfect connection is made. No questions asked, no awkwardness.

How do you handle "Sundowning" or difficult dementia behaviors?

Our Guides are trained in Validation Therapy, not confrontation. We understand that "behaviors" are often a form of communication. We use environmental adjustments, calming routines, and redirection to lower anxiety and maintain a peaceful home sanctuary.

To ensure continuity and safety of care at all times, fail-safe backup protocol consists of universal access to care plans, designated primary and secondary caregivers, and on-call stand by coverage. Each client is assigned both a primary and secondary (backup) caregiver. The secondary caregiver is fully trained on the clients care plan and remains prepared to step in at any time. We ensure rapid response in the event of illness, emergencies, scheduling conflicts, or unforeseen absences.
