All caregivers complete Level 2 AHCA background checks, which include fingerprint-based screening through state and federal databases as required by the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration. This process reviews criminal history records at both the state and national level to ensure compliance with the strict standards required for in-home care providers.
To further protect our clients, we also require drug screening as part of our hiring process. This additional safeguard helps ensure that the caregivers entering your home are dependable, responsible, and able to provide care with clear judgment and professionalism
